It has good amount of green area to have a nice picnic wiv the family, kick a ball around or dog to run round. A small park to play in and small water splash area that's usually on in nice weather.

A great inner city park with a nice mixture of amenities that cater for all age groups. Free parking lot, 2 bowling greens, a cafe, public toilets, a cricket practice wicket, 5 football pitches, a very good children's play area and splash pad, dog friendly walking through grassland or along a wooded brook, bmx track, library (open at selected times) Age UK hub, community charity sales open at selected times. Good place

This is really a lovely little park. Not that small but not massive. Lots to do for children in particular including climbing frames and a splash pad. Cafe and toilets on site. Also near the library and lidls. Good parking. Disabled friendly. Some lovely areas to sit quietly and contemplate. Nice picnic areas. Well worth a visit. Mustn't forget the dogs and great walks for them as well.

It's ok but when you you want to go to the outdoor gym you have kids climbing all over I don't mind that but when you ask the parents if you can go on they give you the most evil look like your not entitled to ask but other than that it's a great park me and my partner and daughter love it

Great place to walk your dog first thing in the morning. It's a pity some urchins dump stuff like a burnt out motorbike, try to burn tree stumps. Someone should tell the football teams to clear up there mess before leaving

Great park for all. There is a fab play area for children with a zipline, a small BMX track and a few football pitches.
There is a library within the park, check website for opening times, and they even sell poo bags!
There is a public toilet but they aren't always open.
There is a bowls area and I think a bowling club for those looking for a hobby.
There is also a couple of small wooded areas for the dogs or children to explore and a lovely stream running through the middle of the park.
There are a couple of car parks which are quite large and is free with disabled spaces available.
The park is accessible to all with there being tarmac and gravel paths around the majority of the park.
Overall a lovely family oriented park with facilities for everyone to enjoy.

Nice place for a stroll with or without your dog. Good playground for kids. There is a cafe and toilets but they're not open on weekdays.
