I discovered this park in late summer and love to walk this is situated on the hill at one side you can see Crystal Palace towers and other side you can see a tall buildings of Canary Wharf and one side houses during walk you can discover many things different boundaries of park for different activities you also can see lines of mature trees might be planted over a century children play area is also amazing and you can find activities and attractions for all ages during walk or run you can touch the ground on side and and at top you can touch the sky since I started walking in this park I got lot of inspirations and that I converted to my poems I never had such type of thoughts in any other park for me it’s good place for poetics thoughts I think most of artist are sensitive to nature and scroungings where they catch ideas for their creative work I suggest those people to visit and walk in this park and feel the hunger of city how slowly and unknownley capturing the land of nature and removing all trees and bushes to convert high rise buildings to satisfy there greed
It’s good an interesting park for sport lovers and children dog walkers
I am also sharing some pictures taken on different times

Love this park, there are now flower beds being started on Eastern Road side of the park. This park is very popular and used a lot by the community. It is well maintained and kept clean, volunteers regularly litter pick and dog owners are pretty good at picking up the dog mess. It hosts a park run on Saturday and a junior park run on Sunday.

Can you believe the playground HAS NOT BEEN UPGRADED in OVER 20 YEARS.

I'm not impressed 😕 Lewisham Borough should put a lido for the little ones.

Not to mention there is METAL slides and on a HOT day it isn't usable for the children.

Dog and family friendly park. Great view from the top of the park. Can’t be a windy sometimes so it’s best to bring your jackets. There is a good play park on the top of the hill. Kids always enjoy a play there. Tennis court and adult outdoor equipment available. It’s free parking which is a bonus.

Love Hilly Fields! The afternoon light can be pretty amazing. It has a great buzz with the outdoor exercise classes, basketball court, tennis courts, children's playground, and the cafe. And love view of Canary Wharf in the distance too.

Appropriately named park as it is hilly and has field like areas. Unfortunately, when I went, it was a bit misty, which spoilt the views, but I could see a little bit, and it looked like you would get good views on a clear day. It has a cafe, pathways, benches, sports area and playground.
Quick tip if you are walking there from Ladywell station - following the cycle signs results in a less steep hill.
