Dowding Park

Beautiful setting and woodland. So close to Uxbridge still feeling far away. The let down for us was the playground equipment 😟
Having a two year old with plenty of energy there were not enough equipment for her to use.
Again users of the facilities could do better with their rubbish, plenty of rubbish containers around to put their litter in. Few broken bottles in the grass area.
May be back, may not.

A lovely little area that is well kept. The park has a woodland area, a couple of football pitches and has the battle of Britain bunker as its neighbour.

Brilliant green land with some outdoor activities setting for the littleones. My daughter enjoy playing there! Lovely afternoon sun today!

A must visit place for every one. Take a tour of the bunker. Bring your Hillingdon resident card and get discount.

Lovely playground with wooden play equipment. My eldest daughter loves the rope climbing frame and my youngest daughter loves the slide. Plenty of green space for running around and picnics too.

Beautiful park, nice walkways by the river. And you have the Battle of Britain bunker. Really nice for a quite walk

Living in the area for 2 years now and this is my everyday park and I wouldn't trade it for the world. This park has always has a way of portraying its natural beauty with such elegance.

Once you explore her inner workings you can find odd trails that will lead you in to beautiful areas that might not be accessible during other seasons.

The park is being developed. So far so good, but hope they don't mess up down the line and make it too manicured. Part of its charm are the wild bits.
