This upgraded, re-invented and modernised area with kiddies playground serves mostly as a busy pedestrian through-way.
A commendable and worthwhile effort at improving public space and more the pity that some would litter and abuse the amenity.

At the time of visiting it,to date it was the most dirtiest park I've visited overflowing bins lots of liter left on the seats people drinking alcohol,in covered brown bags.part of my cycle route, which if your cycling ,you may not notice it so much, since its partially off the beaten track accomdating the flats..

Nice enough park but you get dodgy people hanging around "smoking" & drinking. People sleeping in the park and so much litter it's unreal. Would be nicer if it was patrolled more and if there were more frequent litter collections especially in the summer

Bit of green space. Room for a footie match or volleyball. Kiddies playground. But in summer bothered by street drinkers. No real trouble just cause littering . Also no toilets mean bushes used as latrine. Can be improved.

Walk thru here on the daily. I do wish it were a bit more maintained but its a nice place to walk through. Also if i were to make a complaint, I have seen way too many fights in this park, and a ridiculous amount of fights having to do with people feeding pigeons. I do respect that people have their own opinions but i'm not sure if fighting someone over feeding pigeons is worth it.

A small park with a children's playing area but hosts drunks and substance misuers! Litter usually scattered around seating areas. Not the best place to visit with youngsters.

A nice walk through park, with a children's play area. No dogs allowed in any part of the park. The park is next to the Albany theatre and on certain days Wednesday and Friday a boot fair and Deptford market are open very close by.

This playground is nice but be careful with adults without kids, sometimes drunk people and the smell of drugs. The playgrouand neads a bit of cleaning!
