Radnor Gardens

Even on a chilly spring day it's nice to sit at the rivers edge, watch the boaters and waterfowl go by, and dream of summer.

Great place for a stroll along the river. Plaques and monuments of interest, a walled rose garden a play park for children. We didn't stay long as had other plans but was definitely a beautiful place to sit and wander.

Nice place to sit and read or just daydream. Space to sit and picnic if you are so inclined. New cafe has opened so grab a drink and support local businesses. Playground for younger kids to keep them entertained. Sadly the occasional dog owner who haven't bothered to train their pet but generally a nice spot for a sit.

A nice park. Some decent benches, but the views are usually of massively overgrown foliage, rather than the river.

Often flooded along the footpath.

Nice and quiet. Not too many people. Most seem to clean up after themselves and their dogs.

It's my favourite spot in the area. Pleasantly alongside the river with plenty of seats to take time out and enjoy the view. A lovely fenced off playground. A cafe for coffee or spot of lunch. I really like that it is away from the road and fenced, so good for dogs or children to run freely. It does get a little boggy after rain, so be prepared to Bath your dog or child after a visit. It does make for nice photos, though. 📷

Such a beautiful relaxing place. Very well maintained and very clean. If you like to relax and unwind the stress of busy life this is the place to be.
