Large, scenic park bounded on one side by the River Crane. The river is home to lots of ducks and coots. Wooden wildlife sculpture trail along the river path. Tennis/ basketball courts, children's playground and a cafe in the centre of the park. Always seems to be busy with kids cycling, football games, outdoor keepfit.

We walked through Crane Park. It has a playground. Obviously we didn't use it. It has pretty benches to look at. It has shady parts, which r good on a hot day. We walked to Knellar Gardens.

Not a bad little park. When we visited the locals were holding their "festival of litter" and had decorated the paths and even the streams with litter such as beer cans, fast food wrappers and cigarette cartons. Simply delightful!
