Great Park for older kids (5yrs+).

Good for under 5yrs as well, but small for them.

The new play area is LOVELY. Located in Ravenscroft Park, there are two play sections. The smaller one is for toddlers/younger children. I find it quite small and there aren't too many activities. Compared to Clissold Park or Warren Fields, it's very small for toddlers.

The larger play area for older kids is AWESOME. There is a GIANT slide that I went down and it was scary and exciting. It's definitely for older kids as there are quite questionable gaps in one of its bridge and other climbing structures, which are quite high. I didnt feel secure even being there with my adventurous toddler.

Definitely lovely place to go if you are by Columbia Road.

Nice green areas surrounding the park for picnicking.

Revamped I'd say brilliant colours, vibrant design, lots of interesting creative stuff for both age groups- toddler and older kids but one thing I'd say anyone would say is there's an uncovered bridge really high up that potentially a bit lethal and even the bridge on the toddler climbing frame needs an adult to move the younger children across safely.

Ravenscroft Park, Tower Hamlets. Address is :- 32-42 Ravenscroft St, Bethnal Green, London E2 8LT. Closed to London famous flowers market, it’s called Columbia flower market. A small park surrounded by high rise flats.

Loving the refurbishment but unfortunately you still have this park in an area with high drug usage and this can be an issue but thankfully they only happen to pass through now and then and don't interact with anyone.

The park has a great community feel. All the kids love to play & have so much fun. However I feel the apparaters, swings, climbing frames all need updating, the whole park needs a revamp because the community, especially the kids deserve this. Please Tower Hamlets Ravencroft park needs updating!!

Children's play area and benches for everyone to use.
Open 24/7. Lighting is ok to good.

Given its relatively small size I'm not sure why this is one of my favourite parks in the area but feels fairly secluded given its very urban location
