Not sure of this name? But we visited her to meet our daughter and grandaughter as a place for her to play on swings and slides etc that is located approximately half way between where we and they live. The play area is fenced in order to keep the children safe and to keep dogs etc out, there is a separate area for dogs to be exercised. There are about 6 different play activities in the park as well as benches and 1x picnic table. Recommended 👍

I lived next to this field for the first 27 years of my life, followed by visiting the area several times a week for the next 27+. So I know it extremely well.
It is NOT a park and garden.
It is a field.
A small field at that.
There is a little play area for young children. Unfortunately, bored teens also use them and often wreck them.
The field itself is merely laid to grass. Kids can run around it, but as it is also a popular dog walking site, you'd want to be careful that they don't step in anything. Broken glass etc is also a big concern.
One end is kept unmown as much as possible with logs laid to prevent children from playing too close to the houses. This is because, despite there being several large 'no ball games' signs, no one takes any notice of them.
If you're desperate to get out of your house with young children, or dogs, then, maybe, you'd pay it a visit to allow them to let off steam, but only if you were close enough to walk there.
