The first walk along the outside gate during summer exposes you to wonderful waves of red. There are numerous flowers. Two children's play areas and a picnic area as well as a designated dog zone so you can let your pet roam free.

Well kept park. Playground a little tired. Quality of people and families makes it a pleasant experience to spend time with the kids. Swings are the winner for 5-8 year olds. Wendell Park also has horse chestnut trees if you are out collecting conkers in the autumn.

It was a little noisy from the nearby, traffic.
There is a child's play area, a dog exercise yard and benches. No toilet facilities unless I just couldn't find them 🤷🏿‍♀️ it isn't as pretty as mist of the parks, where flowers are concerned. It was mostly, green!!

Our most visited park where our children always have lots of fun. Although it is a small park, the playground is well equipped and well maintained. Special thank you for the guy who is there every single morning and picks up all the rubbish what the messy children leave behind.

Very ' easy' park for kids and parents, for a quick morning or afternoon activity. There is sufficient to keep them occupied. It's likely,.if you are local to the area, that you will bump into someone you know.

Pleasant Green flag local park to play games n relax in and there's a small community garden in one corner that someone has taken a lot of effort to create. Beautifully appointed playground with well maintained equipment and trees taking pride of place. Lovely winding circular pathways framed by blossoming cherries. Visitors seem to be respectful of this polite green space. No visible litter on my trip.

An oasis of calm in the residential space, east of Askew Road. You’ll find a lovely community of dog walkers, young families in the playground, outdoor events in the summer. What it lacks in size, it makes up for in heart. I’ve been coming here for 20yrs and always enjoy this vibrant, friendly little park.
