Figges Marsh

Nice park, an outdoor gym, table tennis, and also one of my favourite place to relax. An alley flanked by trees that looks amazing in the Spring and Summer

It's lovely in this time of year. Great area for a run, jog or exercise. It also offers a massive area for people to soak up the sun, chillax or burn calories. There are a number of public exercise equipments and massive area for volleyball tournaments or even a game of cricket. The grass is always maintained and trimmed for people to enjoy a lovely time in the park.

Nice and relaxing bit of earth. Has good space lots of shops close by for refreshments and snacks and also has an outdoor gym section

Nice oasis in the heart of Mitcham. Fun activities to do with family and friends. Occasionally there are events on in the park (Circus & Fun Fairs). People play games as small groups of family and larger team events. Nice place to have a picnic. Route map for joggers is available.

Only drawback is parking is very hard to find. Used to park on the grass verge of the park, but they have stopped that now, so makes it hard to get to the park. However, there are plenty of local buses that serve the park - hard if your bringing picnic materials with you.

Local groups of people do tend to have a BBQ and drinks on a Saturday night - but disgustingly leave all their rubbish/litter in the park! Absolutely disgusting whoever does this.

But otherwise, nice enjoyment. Also, there is a Lidl opposite, so makes buying drinks and snacks easier to enjoy the park too even more!

Very good place, well maintained,neat and clean.
You can bring your dogs and kids.
Basic work out equipment and 2 table tennis available.
Fire and related activities not allowed.
Suggested for picnic area.
Very close to lidl and Tesco,incase you want to grab a beer.

Figges Marsh lovely community area we're you can go for a walk or jogging whatever you fancy. A few seats to sit down on. There is a section of the common where it has gym equipment or table tennis so you can work out in the open. And even though its on the main road you can sit in some parts of the common and is so quiet.

This is a wonderful local park, particularly good for exercise. It has a pretty huge green space where you can walk dogs, play football or just relax and have a picnic. There is a footpath around it and benches alongside. There is also fitness equipment, as well as table tennis. It's amazing! Particularly enjoyable when the weather is nice.

It's a nice park. Has quite a well equipped set of workout equipment in the middle and also three table tennis tables. The park is quite open so when I was there, it was quite windy which made table tennis a bit difficult.
