South Norwood Lake & Grounds

Lovely lake, with people often fishing early on the weekend.
Also has a trim trail and big grassy expanse. Nice park but nothing else nearby.

Lovely park. There is a path to walk along. the lake and a good walk through greenery of wood all around the lake. There are decks to stand on at the bank of the lake. There are different sections of the park that roll into each other. Very nice.

Very nice park. Good lake with ducks and birds and plenty of areas to sit around lake and near cricket playing.

The lake in the centre of park is a great attraction. Ducks around lake along with a boating school. Cafe in Park offering ice cream Crisps etc.. path around the lake. Game of cricket 🏏

Such a pretty and peaceful place in South Norwood.
We visit here often with our children.
Lots of green space, walks through woods, fishing and a fun little playground for the children.

Sadly no toilets!

Lovely little park near Crystal Palace Park. With lots of green area and a little lake where you can learn to sail and also allows fishing. The walks are clean, thanks to lots of volunteers to keep it that way.

Re living times gone by, at least 50 years since last here. Not to sure if this is the original sign, but looks it from my memory. A very pleasant walk around the lake with the dog

Large place with amazing lake and landscapes. Plenty of place for exercise and for children to play. Really nice atmosphere. Simply amazing. Definitely worth a visit, or two hehe. 😊 I love spending time by this lake. There is also sailing club so if you wish you can rent and sail in the lake in small boats😊 enjoy!!!
