Stunning building in tranquil settings

Pretty church and a nice small green area surrounding it. Unfortunately alot if street drinkers, drugs and homeless people use it. Mostly used as a dog park by locals.

I came to visit this area and wanted to take some rest because there was no park near. The place is very dirty. However I manage to sit on the grass near the church building because my young boy slept in the buggy. One guy show up from a window and told me this is private property and I can not sit there. I have to sit other side of the street. I was surprised how can this church is private property and there was no notice saying it’s a private area.

St James church has been converted into a residential home for the elderly. It's called speakers court.

Beautiful and historic church. Shame that the junkies that live in the park let it down!
