Very beautiful and clean park

Perfect for long walks and children to play. There are a few slides including a long slide. About 6 swings and other activities.
My boy loves to go and play every week. Local teams play football in one of the big grounds of the park. There is also gym facility available for every one. Summer or winter does not affect its beauty.

The minus of this park is that at the entrance of the playground area there is a large part of mud and lot of water where the children could easily fall. I wonder why the council doesn't repair this inconvenient?!

Nice quite place where you can escape the daily hullabaloo of the high street a place to gather your thoughts plenty of benches , nice random selection of trees, and childrens play area where you canoftern hear children laughing while at play , cricket and football are enjoyed in the summer . Has tennis courts and some beautiful rose beds that can be seen in bloom into late november .
Happy thoughts .peace love happy thoughts

This used to be a nice clean park. The playground is now frequented by thoughtless visitors who picnic and toss their rubbish on the floor and careless dog owners who leave their dog mess for kids to walk through. It's convenient as it's near shops and local high street. It has tennis courts and a cricket batting cage and an exercise gym area and also toilet facilities. Like I said, it's a decent park that unfortunately is not appreciated. Shame.

I love this park, nice and quiet but as the snow has settled down on the 11th of December 2022 they left the park locked from the public. The park is for us! Open it up! 😡😡😡

Great local park. Unfortunately minimal flowers these days for colour but ok for daily walk with your dog. Just wish locals would look after it better due to rubbish and bottles left laying around and fellow dog owners not picking their poo up 😞
