Pleasant town park with reasonable access, features open park and landscaped gardens with large lake. Lots of waterfowl and you can see large carp when the weather obliges. Cafe and toilet facilities. Nice place for a gentle stroll

Basketball courts still need attention.
The "Wicksteed" outdoor gym area is looking a bit Dated/Old and rundown now( would be pleasant to see updated). Otherwise still one of best parks in the whole area. No doubt

It is always a pleasure to go for a walk around Grovelands Park, no matter which season we are in. The huge pond has to be the biggest attraction, especially with the amount of Ducks, Geese and Swans swimming!

The large open green spaces are fantastic, and particularly for dogs to run around. Grovelands does have a few leisure faciltiies on offer- Basketball court,Tennis court, Bowling Green, Outdoor Gym and a Pitch & Putt course. There are two cafes located in the park (one being next to the Pitch & Putt).

There are a few good trails around the park, and without a doubt they do bring an adventurous feeling throughout. The trail across the Wetlands area is great and even there being a forest to discover behind the pond.

It is incredibly fascinating to see how many trees there are around, and of course there being plenty of benches to sit down and admire the natural scenery!

Beautiful park, in a beautiful area. Lots to see and do. Took the grandchildren to feed the ducks and squirrels. The little shop does the most amazing real fruit ice lollies..

Lovely local park with a large central pond hosting an array of aquatic wildlife. New playground in the forrest is also a great new addition. Pitch and put golf course is alot of fun. Cafe's ok but the toilets I'm afraid do leave alot to be desired from a cleanliness point of view.

Well kept public park, Flat wide pathways leading various routes around large grass areas good for picnics and playing sports. Lake has lots of wild bird variety plenty of benches to sit and watch the Swans. 9 holes of pitch n putt golf next to Cafe outdoor seating and convenience. Plenty of parking with disable spaces at the main gate.

Lovely park! Perfect place for a walk. You can easily spend a whole day in there having a lot of activities you can do for free. Whether is fishing, running, gold or exercises using the machines, the park is gonna keep you busy. I've seen two playgrounds, one in the park and the other one in the forest, so they will never get bored. I've seen a variety of birds on the lake and around it, I was actually sitting on bench and enjoying the view. It is a very peaceful place and I think I just found the place to enjoy my free time. Very beautiful place

Was a very wet day when we went to the Jurassic encounter. very muddy as we went at the end of their time there.
didn't spend much time in the rest of the park but I'm sure on a sunny day or cold winter day it would be lovely to explore.
