Shame it isn't bigger, most of it is taken up by housing so you don't get to spend long walking around. The people round there when we went were quite ignorant towards the wildlife, this is confirmed with the amount of signs up telling people not to harm the waterfowl. A very peaceful, short walk

A lovely little find, just up the road from St Mary Cray Nugent Centre / opposite Broomwood Road McDonalds. There are a few benches dotted about the place if you want to take a minute to sit in nature. Not a massive space so doesn't take too long to walk around, but certainly nice to go for a short walk.

Lovely place but the walk is quite contained, it would be so much better if you could follow the river along further to foots cray without going on the road. Also a couple of selfish people leaving litter often blights an otherwise lovely walk

We know this place as The Brook we had a lovely walk with our grandchildren, he was able to run and play, with enough space for social distancing from others..we took bats and balls ...there are small wooded areas to explore, but go with your child as not fenced around water areas,/ponds and u can access water in the woods so take care!!@@
There are little bridges to go over ,some ducks birds, squirrels to spot...some people had food for animals..its small but nice for a little daily walk ..wear waterproof shoes, was muddy wen we went

Not a very big area, quite a nice river. It's situated behind a big shopping area.

This is a short walk through area. It is suitable for morning or evening walk or dog walk. Narrow walking routes and less flat space doesn't make it a picnic spot. However nice shallow water in the middle is quite nice area to stop by. Beautiful area with the shadow of wallie trees, sound of water on gates and occasional foot overbridges. Birds are signing to entertain as well. Enough pet waste bins available by the walking path.

Decided to stop for a bite to eat when working in BR5, came across this little peaceful spot with a stream and an abundance of wild hamsters playing in the water under the bridge. Very relaxing.
