Run, jog, walk, ride, explore, go for an adventure with the kids. Sherbrook Valley is part of Cannock Chase. There is a lot of history here. The valley and surrounding area was once used for troop exercises in WW1 before deployment to the continent.

There is plenty of wildlife to watch. If you are lucky, you may be able to spot an adder sunning itself on the paths.
