Been told about the pond by many people.So yesterday my husband and i went out to visit it ourselves.After 5aking a wrong turning on our scooters and spent a pleasant half hour watching the ducks.My only reservation was that as w e are both disabled there was no way we could go down and feed the birds.otherwise good hour or two watching the ducks.

The council has seriously let this part of crawley go to waste! I used to fish here around 4-5 years ago and it was a bit unkempt but a really lovely little lake. However upon visiting recently, there are so many large dumped household items in the lake its unreal, the trees have overgrown a fair preposition of the bank or they have fallen in the water to accompany the rubbish, that with all the silt that has gathered over years, I fear any or all fish that lived there may no more.

A nice walk on good paths alongside the brook, a pleasant surprise. It will be better in drier weather when you'll be able to do a circular walk.
