Belfont green comes in sections being intersected by roads. It benefits from the architecturally and horticulturally distinct backdrop of St Mary's Church.

Small 'village green' - virtually all that's left of old Bedfont village apart from the church and half a dozen historic buildings nearby. Across the Staines Rd is another green space, aquired in the 1940s I think. An annual steam fair on the green recalls earlier fairs held here during Ascot week. Apparently old shops surrounded the green until the early 1900s.
