Very nice woods. Lots of good walkways and awesome places to just sit on think on trees. Really induces deep thoughs. Be wary though this is in a a deep area of the species of chavs.

Would be nice if Cheshire East Council took better care of it.

Really disappointed with the lack of care this place gets. Hedgerows overgrown onto pathway makes it difficult to walk. But my biggest annoyance is the amount of dog muck. Dog owners in general are given a bad reputation due to the minority who refuse to clean up after their dog. Its disgraceful. Maybe a few extra bins along the way with a supply of poo bags ???

Good little walk with my two boys and always go squirrel looking. Just needs a bit of Investment on upkeep and it will be superb.

Blue Bell woods is a quiet, tranquil little patch of woodland that nestles between the golf course and several small housing estates. A tarmac path runs through it from St Georges playing field all the way to the Rising Sun Inn on the Middlewich Road. This path carries on to Nantwich. Along side the path flows a brook that can grow from a pleasant trickle to quite a torrent in wet weather. A path (not a smooth tarmac one) threads all the way to Joey The Swan, but this can get muddy in some parts in the winter. The woods are dog friendly i.e. you can walk your dog off the lead. Queens Park can easily be accessed from several smaller paths in the woods.
