I love this little gem of square. Nice mix of seats and plants. Unassuming, well located, great for a short stop to catch your breath, chat with your friends or have a go on the Cool Roly Poly statue. It rolls, so I hope that was the intention of the sculptor, if not a note might be needed if we are not meant to seat on it. Could we have it topped up with a little fountain?

There is an eerie sense of peace in this small and not looked after garden space in Singlo Square. On one hand it's a stone's throw from the water's edge, but on the other right in the centre of a massive failed London development. Where there should be lots of people, it's a ghost town, making it wonderful place to gather thoughts if you can ignore jet aircraft taking off and landing at the nearby City Airport. Make sure to do the artist trail and find all the buildings he painted. You can check them in the nearby building where his art is displayed.
