A lovely natural area with a great Park Run held every Saturday.

Lovely natural countryside with a great dog walking community. Wildlife I'd never seen before including birds of prey, finches, white throats, skylarks and even a Weasel!! The maintenance team are very friendly and knowledgeable - ideal for nature walks and taking the dog for walks amongst fellow dog lovers

Quite nice, but nothing spectacular. There's a lovely concrete runway, and a few well made paths, quite a few of them are muddy and slippery when wet, so choose your route/footwear carefully. The water features are good, and there are some cows that wander about.

This has been such a wonderful place to get exercise everyday during lockdown. I would have given 5 stars but due to some selfish dog owners not clearing up their pets toilet, in some places you really have to watch where you tread.

It's not really a park and garden, because it's actually a disused airfield with most of the runways taken up. It's not pretty but it is a wide open space good for walking, dogs, running, bird watching and generally getting lost and doing your own thing.

Wide and open. Smells a bit by the lake/river/stream. Good if you like nature.

I'm so lucky to live close to this site and watch the site welcome back so much wildlife over the years I've lived here, the site is well managed day to day and is really big. The long way around is around 5K so nice for a cycle or a walk, with the runway and woods great highlights. With so little open space this close to the M25 and with the wildlife under so much pressure this site offers a real sanctury for species to take hold. Great for kids, Dogs and people of all ages with a great sunset and lakes to explore.

Visit three times a week with my Shibas. Beautiful and mind restoring cannot bear the thought it may be built on
