A beautiful surrounding by the River Thames with great walk by the river. The long path is paved and leads to the Marsh Weir where you can walk on the wooden walkway leading to the top of the weir. The scenery is one of the best offered by the riverside location.

From the weir you can walk north right up to Henley-on-Thames and admire the historic bridge, eat at one of the best restaurants or pubs and visit the great choice of antique shops.

There’s the famous River & Rowing Museum just by the meadows.

I really loved this place. Small but very peaceful, nice, extremely good.

Last month I went to Mill Meadows, and my word what an amazing place to go for a walk in the sunshine!

The peaceful scenery surrounding nature and the array of colourful riverboats are just sensational. There are plenty of benches around, plus there's a cafe and toilets located next to the car park.

A favourite place to visit with my family & friends since I was a child. The Thames is so beautiful and interesting. Great memories of hiring boats & walking along the towpaths and by the lock & the weir . Henley on Thames has lots of interesting shops & eateries to enjoy too.

A beautiful place for a day out. We had a great picnic in the meadows on the banks of Thames. Unfortunately it was hot and crowded and we couldn't find a boat to hire. So we rather walked along the river for a couple of miles and reached marsh meadows across the wooden bridge. I would have given the place a solid 5 star but for the toilets. Almost every public convenience was shut after 5:00. So, if you are staying beyond 5:00 which is the case for most of the people in summer then you are out of luck. After exploring a bit, I found a filthy toilet within a car pak near the town centre.

What a delightful place to discover while walking along the river side from Henley on Thames town.
Coming from a canal town, seeing the electronic lock operating was fascinating!
Beautiful scenery and outstanding views.
Busy but not over crowded and respectful in Covid secure measures.
