The park is in a transitional phase, with works to improve the place ongoing. Once these are complete, it may be worth a higher rating. There are no toilet facilities or places to sit currently, but the sports pitches are well maintained.

Nice family park, something for most ages. Recently renovated with new equipment. Toddler and children play area, multisport area, skate park and full size footie pitches. Parking nearby. Lots of dogs exercised, but owners are respectful of mess and other users.

Stafford council have done a good job making this into a pleasant area to use and invested well into improving it. A few finishing touches and it's a job well done. Just hope they manage to keep it maintained nicely. There are some idiots around to spoil it for the majority but hopefully the council will keep on top of it.

Lovely park but not enough bins, there is always rubbish left everywhere. Also bolts missing from covered seating, see pictures below.

It's great. It has everything. The only bad thing is that dog owners don't pick up the rubbish produced by their beloved dogs 😒

Great place to walk a dog with gravel paths for rainy days. Not too many people who don't pick up after their animals either!

Lots of play equipment for different ages and mostly well behaved teenagers and children. The occasional whiff of cannabis but nothing too serious.

Not many parks as well used or pleasant to be in.

Loads of space and so much choice for kids. The toddler and bigger kids play areas are more blended together rather than entirely separate which is handy if you have kids of different ages. Adult/outdoor gym area as well, and a big fenced ballcourt. Nice little trail to walk round the park as well

A recently refurbished sports and play park with newly planted saplings and play equipment, including a skateboard ramp and even outdoor exercise equipment. Plenty of seating is interspersed around the circular jogging/walking pathway. A lovely place to bring your little ones for some fresh air and play or adults to walk dogs and exercise. A couple of football pitches reside here also. A big downside is the amount of vandalism and smoking of weed during the evening in and around the park, usually carried out by young adults as observed by myself on numerous accasions. The lack of illumination in the park can be quite disconcerting for individuals during night time so go equipment with with a good torch.
