Great place to walk the dog, fantastic grounds with Botleys Mansion in the middle, ample car parking which is free for a few hours. There is an area with several tables & various benches around the open spaces. Toilets are in the car park but are seasonal, closing September till April. A nice 30-40 minute walk with lakes the other side of the business park.

I walk my dog here. It is pleasant parkland with good paths. There is a pond with lots of Canadian geese, a good selection of wild flowers and shaded seating area. Parking is free for the first couple of hours and it is rarely busy. Would recommend for a quiet stroll.

I am so happy that I walked from Chertsey train station to here,(25 minutes)it has been lovely and quiet the last two days,great place to walk my dog 😃

Newly discovered these great grounds after living in the area for 30yrs.. for a lovely walk and to take my dogs..lots of open space. Great free parking for 3hrs..also a picnic bench..definately a regular place for me to visit now
