Sundown Drive Play Area

For what it is, it's actually lovely. An unexpected bit of green hard alongside the M6. A small basketball court and a footy pitch and lots of green grass for your dog. If you explore further there is a very nice woodland walk that goes for a couple of miles towards Burton Manor. The motorway noise isn't really intrusive.

Dogs love a good run and far enough away from the road to be safe

Don't use play area I use the fields to walk my dog

Not alot there but a 5 aside / basketball pitch

We have been to Ilford by MotorwY A406 and traffic was moving well and no fatigue or tiredness.

Nice open spaces for dog walks
