Lambley Lane Park

Took a picnick as the weather was amazing, packed up our rubbish to bin 🤔 only apart fro the gate which was a good walk back there was no bin within 10 minutes walk dispite seeing lots of benches where people would eat. I'm pretty sure quite a few peoe would have discarded there rubbish well before. It's a Beautiful walk, more bins would help it stay that Way x

Great park, huge field and a big wood to explore, the field is perfect for dogs, and the park is your standard park, swings, climbing apparatus and roundabouts, etc. The wood has a public path that leads to some houses, and then it has Gedling country park opposite. Only problem is that a lot of people don't clean up after their dog, but I suppose that's not the parks fault.

Could be improved with some wintering flowers scattered around the perimeters, just to make the park a little more appealing. At the moment it's basically a dog walking field with trees in and around it. Does its job and is very popular with dog walkers and people going up to the country park to exercise.

I understand the need for COVID testing teams out and about but why do they have to section off nearly all the car park? Parking can be tricky at the best of times but now it can be practically impossible. Take my advice and go elsewhere.

Lovely park with a small playground for kids. Apparatus could do with a revamp though. Personally feel like it's more suited for dogs and older kids as opposed to babies and/or toddlers.

Full of potential covid victims getting tested as it's a mobile drive thru Covid test site. Don't know whether to give it a one star as you don't want to go there if you can help it, or five stars because of the great support the workers are doing.... I'll go for a five!

My dog and I love this park. Only problem is the
the car park is being used for covid testing and makes it hard to park.
