First time to this great park. Better than I expected. Gates to enter and walk through the dog area to get to the children's playground. Larger than I thought it would be. 2 sets of swings, 2 climbing frames, hopscotch chart and lots of space to burn off energy! Went at 4-5pm on Monday afternoon, quiet except for school children. Some dog walkers but the dogs are well behaved.

Has a kids play area that is self contained. Close to city centre and shops. Good for dog walkers.

Cute. Clean. There is lots of space for dogs and a small but really nice playground for kids.

Lovely park. Such a shame people can't control their dogs while off the lead. I avoid this place and the rude people that walk their dogs their off the lead and think it's leashed dogs fault that they get attacked.

Sewell Park is fairly small but has plenty of benches and a decent amount of space for dogs to run around in.

I've found it can get a tad waterlogged in wet weather, so boots are advised.

Sewell Park is a dog park. Dogs here are off lead and run around with other dogs. This is a fantastic place to take your furry friend, my dog loves it here and loves seeing everyone else. There is a closed off children's park in the middle: swings, climbing frame and such. The entire park is closed off, so no dog can just wonder onto the road.
The only downside is, there are some inconsiderate people who leave the gates open 😤.

Great for dogs and kids!

It's an enclosed park where lots of dogs are able to run around safely. Often people meet for a chat and to let their dogs play. If your dog isn't keen on other dogs it probably isn't the best place to walk as most people visit to socialise their dogs. If you want dog cuddles, all you need to do is go sit on a bench and wait for them all to come running!

Inside the park is another enclosed bit with a huge grassy area and kids play park. It's lovely for picnics with some lovely big trees to provide shade. It's a great area for kids to run around in.

Lovely park if you like dogs, all enclosed so dogs can be safely let off the lead. Nice play area for kids as well.
