A beautiful and well kept park. Lots of equipment for children to play on and plenty of shade to retire to. A number of bins around the park ensure that it is kept clean and tidy and there are great open spaces for picnics and family get togethers. The parking near the park is good, but I would suggest you park down the bottom if just visiting the play area because this park is vast. The waterfall gardens are a must see if you are looking for a wildlife filled relaxing walk. I'd imagine artists would have a great time if they set up an easel in front of one of the benches. Plenty to do for all ages. I believe there is a coffee shop at the top of the park also.

Such a beautiful place to be, no matter the weather.

Beechwood park has two children’s parks (top & bottom) and a lovely cafe for you to refresh, refill and relax.

The park also have some stunning plants, trees and is brimming with wildlife.

Come here to relax and forget about things for a while...

It was sunny. Brilliant park with lot of space to walk around. Nice section for the kids area, both top and bottom half of the section.

Nice area to possibly have a picnic and beautiful magnolia trees planted at the park.

Plenty to do and see in this lovely Newport park. Great for kids, tennis players, football, and dog walkers. Do yourself a favour and sample the lovely little cafe too! 👍

Nice park to go for walk, take the dog and young kids. Plenty of greenery with mature trees and a small play area. However, I couldn't see any colourful flower beds which is a shame, otherwise it would be even more beautiful.

A popular park with well maintained diverse stock of trees, orchids and water features. Play facilities for youngsters, volley ball practice basket, bowls, free tennis courts. There is a small 'perormance' space ( often used by yoga classes) Good café, gym trainers, and craft shop. No public toilet facilities.

Love beechwood park for my outdoor natural, relaxed portrait photography. Plenty of gorgeous backdrops and places for capturing memories of family times together. So many satisfied customers after hiring me to document their happy times together. Much better than a studio environment. Park is well kept and planted. Autumn shoots are spectacular here. Awesome views of the Bristol Channel, tennis courts, great places to walk and exercise. Definitely recommend.
