Fishpond Park

Beautiful park. Very well kept and always clean and tidy. A pleasure to visit

Delightful small park, maintained by volunteers. Tennis courts and bowls. Interesting trees and shrubs. Pond rather green which spoils a central feature.

Brilliant walk throu park nice bowls green & tennis courts. And fish pond well kept flower beds & seating area with benches.

Nice little park for all to come and visit whether that be for a little walk to admire the flowers and scenery to get some exercise or to bring your dog or kids for a play. It does get quite busy with both dog walkers and just people having a walk. I have noticed some people haven't picked up after their dog which is frustrating as I know alot or hard work has gone into this park over that last couple of months, hopefully the cameras have spotted the people doing this. The flower beds and fish pond have been well maintained, there a polite noticed to the general public not to feed the fish. There is a tennis court and bowls here as well which was still open during lockdown (tennis courts) there are lot of people who visit this lovely little park on a daily basis and I'm thankful this is still open. Great well maintained park apart from the dog mess. Lovely plants and flowers to keep you busy can't wait to visit here again in the summer, I'm sure it will look lovely again after all this snow has gone. The fountain is a lovely sight to see working as well, even when the crow comes to visit 😊

Lovely park with very nice gardens. A really nice area to have on your doorstep.
