Gorgeous. Steep steps up and down a big hill to get to the beach but very worth it. Stunning scenery and huge quartz filled pebbles for souvenirs! Good facilities, ice cream and drinks available at the boathouse.

Spectacular views around this area!! Well worth £6 for all day parking. Short flat walk to Stackpole Quay. You can walk to the right where car park machine is, up a few steep steps to get a better view of the clear waters on the quay. Head to the right (or left if you're walking from the quay) and there are some steep steps with handrail. We carried on and walked out near the cliff. As long as you're careful you can see some absolutely amazing views of the crack in the cliff and clear waters below. Good view of Barafundle Beach aswell. If you carry on walking on the track you'll get to the beach. Fantastic area, nice ice cream, ok toilets and would definately recommend visiting this area

Stackpole is a lovely little place but it's also the main carpark ( National Trust ) for Barafundle Bay so you need to get there early to really get the most of the peace and quiet . The cafe is very good 👍

We had an amazing day canoeing from Stackpole Quay and out to Barafundle beach. There's a path right from the carpark over to Barafundle if you're up for a short half mile walk too. Look out for the cafe which sells ice cream as you pass by. The quay is about 150 metres down from the carpark on a tarmac track to the pebbly beach and harbour area. No public vehicle access to the shoreline. The harbour is a perfect place to set out with a canoe, kayak or paddleboard.

The coastline is both beautiful as well as rugged and a great place to explore the many inlets, coves and caves. Look out for Griffith Lorts Hole and the Lattice Windows if you're out on the water beyond Barafundle Bay. Barafundle beach is a delight with it's golden sands and tree lined borders. A perfect place to spend the day taking in the scenery and relaxing or go swimming in the clear water.

We'll definitely be back to Stackpole Quay again.

What a great place to start and end a walk. Good sized car park. Fabulous tea house making all types of food/snacks/breakfasts etc. Best scone I have ever tasted! Toilet facilities too. Fab walk along the cliff tops to Barafundel then onto Broad Haven beach, up past the lakes to loop back round to the car park. 10k, 2.5hours. Wonderful views!

A beautiful spot with plenty to explore and see including the Quay, Barafundle Beach and Cliff Tops.
We also utilised the toilets which were well maintained and clean.
The cafe was also tidy with very friendly and helpful staff who served us swiftly.

Absolutely beautiful area, highly recommend the barafundal Bay walk from this car park, make sure you take change or pre download the pay by phone app as otherwise its difficult to pay parking if not a national trust member. Gorgeous gorgeous area I cannot stress that enough! Dog friendly too
