Great park for children, big enough to entertain lots at the same time. Has play equipment with different difficulty for younger and older children. Also have crazy golf, football area. Occasionally there might be bouncy castles. Recommend for 2.5 years +.

We always love our visits here. Cheap car parking, lots of open space for the kids to roam and a brilliant park for them too.
I love the little shops, and the food in the cafe always smells amazing (can't comment on taste as we always picnic).
Toilets on site, don't remember seeing any baby changing though.
A really great place to spend the day with the family, including pets.

Nice huge park, long walking trail along the pond is nice. Public restrooms (free) are available. Tredegar Palace and garden areas are nice (entry ticket required to go inside)

Bit far from Newport town, visit if you have few extra hours to spare.

Used it for a pit stop for our dog, walks along a river, play area for children. Cafe and toilets were shut and carpark was free as machine was not working, normally £1 for 2 hours

Lovely open space on the western edge of Newport. Great place for dogs, kids and family gatherings. Went to the skate park for the first time as my little one is getting braver on her scooter. Was very pleased to see the quality of the place. Kids playground is really popular and has a zip line for the adventurous types. It’s clean and always well maintained by Newport council. Parking is reasonable at £1 for 2 hours. There is electric car charging points from Dragon in the car park, but I think you need to use their app.

Great park along side the river Ebb. My grandson loves the state park mostly but, enjoys the play area too!
It's also great for dog walking bike riding or just walking for relaxation.

Brilliant place for the whole family, the park is wonderful and the walk through is lovely.
Added bonus that the walk is pathed so you don't get mucky in the wetter weather.
