Lovely walk around lake made better by lovely weather. Enjoyed the food fair in the courtyard. Great value for money if you have a couple of hours to spare.

A nice dog friendly garden to walk round... plenty just starting to florish (visited in spring)... a nice courtyard to sit and relax with a drink from the Potting Shed Cafe which served a fab ploughmans lunch!!

Will be back to visit as keen to see how the gardens look through the seasons!

A very pleasant stroll with a good variety of wildlife, my only complaint would be there wasn't a lot of information on the plants and flowers I was looking at but it gets three stars just for the quiet walk

So glad we finally been able to visit! Waited 2 years. It's such a hidden gem. We visited on Saturday and it was very quiet - perfect for a relaxed calm afternoon with a fabulous weather. We stayed a good 3hours really explored all the walks which were enjoyable.

I know they have been closed for a while so hope they are able to get ontop of pruning and clearing some paths. The bird hide overgrown and the bridge over the lake very over grown and tricky walk but manageable. Mainly the Thorny bushes that can be dangerous.
I could hear Peacocks had no clue where they we're though 😆
Such a lovely place. And so close to home I can't wait to take my children as they get older.

Stopped for a quick coffee on way home from holiday. What a treat!, Lovely cafe with delicious vegan chocolate cake and treats for our dog. Walked around the kitchen garden and lake which are both beautiful and feel really.special. We even got to meet their one week old Peacock chick. Highly recommend and will always stop by when passing the area.

We recently visited the gardens and stopped for Coffee at the Cafe. In fact we visited Two days and the experience was very enjoyable especially as we could bring our dogs along to sit outside with us.
I was a disappointed however when I enquired about the soap used in your washrooms. I wanted to purchase some but was told you don’t stock it. I think you are missing an opportunity there as I certainly would buy it from you if you sold it on the premises there.
I am coming back next June so fingers crossed I will be able to buy some then.
Thank you and good luck for the future xxx
