Terrible! Avoid! I parked my car for 2 hours & paid for it then needed to extend, but the app didn't allow extension, so took my car out after 10 minutes, but they issued a PCN of £100! Even after disputing and sending them the ticket & the app message evidence, they rejected the appeal even when it was their app's fault!
