Q-Park Meadows

not only is it a functional car park. the staff are also very friendly.
two very nice gentlemen (Ken and Ian) happened to be servicing the ticket machines as me and my mother where heading back from an appointment. and gladly showed me the insides and how both machines worked. I did however drag the conversation on a bit too long and ended up causing the exit card to expire...luckily one of the guys helped us leave the car park regardless...very nice experience and new knowledge learned also!

Super friendly staff, helped me out at the ticket machine, I was having a bit of brain fog and the two gentleman,
showed me where to put the ticket in and where to do contactless payment.
They informed me they I could pay upon entry, told me they have dedicated mother and baby park, however if needed they allow use of disabled bays.
Car park itself was lovely and clean. Good location to Chelmsford town centre.

This car park is always clean and well lit with plenty of spaces. Whenever I have met the staff they are always cheerful and I would definitely recommend this car park to anyone. Prices are much the same as other car parks in the area. Always smells lovely and fresh. I used the tap in tap out which meant I didn’t have to worry about losing my ticket.

Wayne from shop mobility was very helpful to us when we visited Chelmsford as it was our first in the city. He was able to advise us of the location of local shops that we needed. Excellent customer service, 5 stars.

Car park is fine, close to city centre and free in evenings for "The Gym" use. Good service from staff at q-park when I left my handbrake off and car rolled backwards. Pushed car back into space, wrote a note and stopped it rolling back again. Much appreciated.

Visited this car park for the first time but was large and spacious and actually had staff available to help. One member of staff, Ian, went above and beyond what was expected and provided great customer service. Thank you. I look forward to returning as a regular.

Had an issue with parking on Saturday 3rd December. I was extremely stressed and panicked and Wayne could not have been more helpful, great customer service
