I was in search of NCP car park across London before congestion zone , but the reviews were very bad since I read many scenarios where cars winshields were broken by thieves even thought NCP claims the car park is secure. I didn't want to put my rented car and valuable under risk and chose qpark even though it was expensive but I would get a peace of mind. The car park is very safe. You can see staffs there sometimes but the gates will be open only with the cards or by calling the assistance and stating the car number and verification. There were many supercars stored inside this car park ,oh my God .

For me for staying 5 hours plus they charged me 41 pounds.

There are toilets and EV charging stations as well.
From this park you can walk to Hyde Park and metros

The price is a lot more than what I’m used to paying for parking but with the location can’t really complain.
On the plus side you get to see some of the most amazing cars and use public transport which is a lot faster in this area (during the day).

A surreal place, famous as used for a film location in the opening scene of 'The Prisoner ' TV series starring Patrick McGoohan in 1966.

My go to Car Park in town. Secure, clean, good facilities and friendly team, when you see them !
Always plenty of spaces to use and it’s outside the congestion charge zone
Recommended!

Nice, big underground car park. Price: it's London, what do you expect? It can be found cheaper somewhere further along Park Lane..

One negative point: There are toilets, but they are locked with a number, which the women on the line seem to know but it didn't work, and we tried everything. A pitstop before driving an hour out of London would have been nice..

Thx for the reply!! I can’t remember a month later if we got a ticket after we made a reservation online and drove in by ANPR.

1 star only because I can't give it a negative score. Do yourself a favour and don't use Q Park. The car parks themselves are alright and the pre-book entry and exit system works well enough BUT if you arrive 1 minute early they will charge you for over parking, even if you leave early. I arrived 2 mins and 9 seconds ahead of my booked time, left an hour and half earlier than booked and got charged £8.00. How on earth anyone can be expected to arrive exactly on time in London traffic on a Bank Holiday Weekend is beyond me. Park Lank or Marble Arch are places where you can drive slow or loiter waiting for a parking time! I appealed through there refund system and got a bland response referring to their Terms and Conditions. I used NCP the day before, arrived 20 mins early and wasn't charged a penny. Use NCP, do NOT use Q Park unless you have split second timing!
