Euro Car Parks - The Mayfair Car Park

If you don’t pay through the app, check three times if your details have been put it correctly ! I paid and received the fine ! They said the number plate was wrong but can’t prove it and I can’t prove it it was correct because of lack of receipt with number plate on it. I proved I paid but they still want to charge me £20 admin fee !!!

Bit pricy but have used this car park many times, good had spaces today for queens passing, thank you..

Now you have to pay via app or by phone
This parking is expensive but you don't have to pay congestion charge as it is outside the zone. Very close to Mayfair so it is good

Even if you tried to use the app to pay the parking fee, there was a situation where you could not pay because the internet connection was not available. the car park was located in the basement. Insisting on pre-payment in the basement without an internet connection is thought to be a disregard for customers.

For £15 for 12 hours parking is a good deal! Safe place where you can leave your car while you visit the most important places in London, located very close!

bad parking, they don't tell you the number of available spaces before you enter. I went to the Winter Wonderland event and chose this parking lot for the next location, but I entered with a queue of cars and lost time inside, not finding a parking space, I gave up and left, I lost 19 minutes of time between entering and leaving. I was notified to pay, I tried to make the appeal and they denied it. Terrible place, cramped and terrible manager.

Very well located. However 3 minutes elapsed between my first ticket and my second ticket. I ended up with a £170 fine. I sent a polite letter explaining that the £40.80 for 5 hours and 49 mins of parking should be adequate compensation, they disagreed. An expensive day. I sincerely hope that this review costs Euro Car Parks more than £170. NCP and Q Park are a short drive. Best avoided!

Greedy company. Avoid avoid avoid. if you leave 5 minutes after you parking payment expired they will send you a parking ticket automatically. they use a nasty debt collection and auto emails and do not answer the phone. many better options around for parking. the tunnel up to the street is stinky and un safe in the dark
