Pay machine often doesn't accept cards, so if you're not carrying any cash, you're doomed. Help on the pay machine doesn't work. It's a 12 floor car park and still it's hard to find a space. Cherry on top is lifts never work. Ramps are very narrow.It's also expensive than other car parks in Kingston. I paid £4.80 at John Lewis car park for 2.5 hours but rose car park charged me £5.40 for the same duration

It's too small and narrow. I can't even turn when I went down to next floor, and made a scratch on my car.

Queued for an hour and a half inside to find a space as the whole thing comes to a stand still. Could be avoided by better drivers but obviously this is not going to happen! It would be helpful if the barriers operated a one in one out system to avoid this as your paying for queueing ! And its not cheap

Unfortunately I could not give zero stars. Incredibly narrow internal roads. You can see all the walls scratched. At the beginning I was happy to find ev chargers. But after spending 20 minutes I discovered that those points could not be utilised as confirmed by another driver. Of course I paid for the time lost. The bays are also really narrow and if you have a car produced in the latest years that is not a Fiat 500 it will be almost impossible to leave or enter the car without damaging the other cars

Well priced parking in Kingston. Difficult to find parking. We had to go all the way up to the 9th floor for it. And there is not much space to manoeuvre the vehicle up the floors. Lifts were not working and so we had to take a bunch of floors down. All in all it’s okay

Easily the most cramped multi storey car park I have ever visited. The ramps are ridiculously narrow with stupidly tight turns. The scrapes of paint on the walls bear testament to the pain that many motorists have obviously suffered. Don't enter if you have a larger than average car.

Driving in circles to finally find a parking that you can't get in and out of your car on the 8th floor. Won't be parking here again.

Very stressful in a long car..super tight turns. Not enjoyable. Ticket machines a mess. Not recommended unless you have small car. Location fine.
