The Waitrose Car Park

Parking lot are narrow, dirty and wet. Most of parking spaces are for Season Tickets only. EV charging stations were all wet, really unbelievable.

Reserved parking lot and got confirmation from the management company. Arrived carpark but no space. Call CS and got reply that they would not guarantee space even they confirmed reservation. CS asked me to wait until there was space available, then they hang up. What an excellent customer services level.

Don't waste time on reservation. It just makes you a fool.

Choose this parking for 2 night stay after comparing google reviews with nearby Queensway Q park. Was a good choice. Waitrose parking is a safe and better choice. Yes many places are for season tickets but there is the option to reserve a place and places are not narrow. You will not go wrong here

My wife recently parked here, we booked online, really easy received a confirmation mail and text. Parking was great large spaces, safe & secure. Fantastic service all round, will definitely use again.

Found this when looking for a parking spot near Paddington and liked the comments that the parking spaces were a good width. It absolutely lived up to the other 5 star reviews. Found a parking space really easily, lovely and wide so my car was in no danger of being blocked in and the process of paying and exiting were just as good.

Would definitely use again, thank you. A bit of a gem.

Booked a season ticket for around 6 months, the replies and enquiries have been polite and efficient, the site is secure with adequate patrol and refund of remaining prepaid parking have been swift and correctly done. Recommend if you'd like a secure car park near Hyde Park/ Central London.

Great parking place close to city center and felt safe to leave my car there for a day

Great car park, the parking spaces are nice and wide (unlike many others in London!). If you are shopping in Waitrose and stay less than 2 hours, then it's free. We needed a longer stay and the cost is £30 per day, but it was well worth it as it was so convenient to where we needed to go.

I parked my car here for winter wonderland for two days and I must say its safe and secure and you can access your car any time within the designated car park hours. Excellent friendly and helpful staff.
