I had been to this car park and i have decided to give 3 stars as is not a bad price for the city parking, but the problem is it have to be prebook to access to this car park well is easy to get access and a bit confuse to get out but you will figure out just remember to press the green button on the way out
The parking is not that many and specific one side of the carpark

Pre-booked online, downloaded the Ring-Go app as instructed as you have to use the app to open the gates. When I arrived, started the session and the app flashed up 'Entrance Opened'. It didn't open. Rang Ring-Go who clicked a button and said there you go gate should be open. It didn't open. They tried a few times and just kept saying their screens saying its open but it didn't. Told me to ring back and i'd hopefully get someone else who could help. They couldn't. Same scenario, told to ring Park-Bee instead but this just rang out....
Noticed the buzzer for the building the car park is underneath on the wall, they didn't even ask who we were when buzzed just opened the gates. Must happen a lot!
You have to use the app to open the pedestrian gates also. That also didn't work.
Can you spot a theme?

Would of given 1 star but it was cheap for 48hrs parking in the centre of London.

Booked this spot the night before, as you need to prebook. I didn't have any problems accessing the carpark. You just follow the exact instructions. I got an email once I purchased and a text an hour before my paid parking time that morning. You can park 30 minutes earlier if you need to free of charge. I paid £12.50 for 5 hours. If I had taken the train from my location to this destination it would have cost me pretty much the same. I would use it again. It worked out well for me and I didn't need to go into the Congestion Charge.

Not the best, but not the worst either. Its a car park with what appears to be nice secure gates which are controlled by yourself via an access link emailed to you an hour before arrival.

As for parkbee I only noticed a maximum of 6 spaced reserved for use so its a surprise at these low priced that these are not booked instantly.

Price wise if your dates are available just book it. You wont find cheaper in the area. For example I once had to park at St.Pancrass for 1 night (2 days) at a cost of £80. For 2 nights (3days) Park been was £69

I have turned up to park ( pre booked ) this morning only to find all the spaces are taken! I rang the Parkbee number and was told that all the spaces have been booked....I am now extremely late to catch the Eurostar, terrible service.

Be careful with this car park. In other parkbee car parks when you finish your reservation, you have to click 'exit car park' on your phone to lift the barrier. However, in this car park, there are gate sensors on the inside, which means that the gates will automatically open when you drive up to the gate (you don't have to press anything to exit). However, in order to finish your parking reservation, you need to press 'exit car park' regardless of whether the gates have opened. If you do not press it, you will be charged for overstaying your reservation. Despite having left the car park well over an hour before the end of my reservation, I was charged an extra £5.00 for overstaying by 1 hour because I did not press 'exit car park' on my phone. At the time I had received the message confirming an additional charge I had already driven home to South London!

Great secure parking near King's Cross. Was able to get a space on bank holiday Monday. Space sizes were fine for my Astra but would be tight for big SUVs.

Cramped Spaces - I couldn't actually drive into it because of bad parking of the cars next to me... Obviously not ParkBees fault, but spent an hour trying to speak with someone at ParkBee that could actually help. Basically if you run into any problems like this no one will help. Ended up abandoning any hope of getting to my meeting on time, and heading straight out... Not a happy customer I am afraid...
