Multi-Storey Car Park - Queen's Hospital Romford

Much needed car park right next to the Queens Hospital Romford. Quite expensive!

It’s a car park - what else can you say!?
Does the job needed, a tad on the expensive side but hey all hospital car parks are anyway. Got there nice and early for my operation at 7am and there was plenty of spaces. Quite a bit of rubbish lying around though…

The car park is quite large and spacious with ramps to get to the upper floors easy to access but much of the guide lines are worn out making it confusing to ensure you are in the right lane, entrance and exit are a bit of a squeeze, you could easily kerb your wheels if not careful! Although there is plenty of lighting, the position of the lights made the car park appear darker than it actually is. The parking charges are very reasonable for a hospital car park so that is definitely a plus.

Visited today when we left entered my registration number in the machine paid the £1.20 parking fee and and drive to yhe barrier the barrier didn't go up the man at the barrier told my I had to pay I said I just did and showed him my receipt he said it had declined on it but the machine did mot decline it when I paid and gave me the receipt so he made me pay again when I got home I checked my bank and have been charged twice I know its only £1.20 but how many other people has it done it to as if they don't earn enough with all the cars that have to oark in yhere
