No APNR licence plate recognition or access key code, which is needlessly awkward and poor for an established franchise. QPARK Android App not working presently.

Spaces are tighter than photos would lead you to believe. Hardly enough room to open doors without hitting the wall or next car. Enough room for city compacts, but anything bigger is a struggle.

No one attending the facility to assist or check valid parking. Had to call for assistance from QPARK Park Lane. I drive an EV, and couldn't use the destination charge points as featured because ineligible cars parked in those areas (as in photo).

Only redeeming features is location next to tube station, and prebook price was okay.

Overall, not the best parking facility. No room for cars, though plenty of room for improvement.

Glad I had a small car, as larger cars have no hope, some larger cars take 2 spaces, so you can not park, a struggle getting out of space, especialy if car next to has parked against wall. A complete night mare leaving if prebooked, have to push button to get out and it took 2 or 3 mins for every car, even though the let someone out 10 seconds before, so there was a massive queue trying to leave. Really confusing after parking, as signs for exit say emergency exit only door is alarmed, but doors leads to stairs to the road, if not you have to walk the same way as cars. The only good this is its very near Lords cricket ground and it only cost £8 for a T20 match

Rubbish. Huge queues. Nobody with a pre-paid bar code can leave. Underpaid and undervalued staff sit and watch chaos ensue

Whats to say, directly in the centre. Just try it and you will see what I mean. Beautifull and lovely area to park without any doubt to recommend.

I cannot recommend this park in any way so if you are parking for lords cricket ground suggest you are aware of below

The pre book doesnt guarantee a space

The spaces are tiny and between concrete pillars with most of the larger ones reserved for businesses. The ones that are free are further underground and are the width of an average family car with perhaps 1 inch of space on either side of wing mirrors. Good luck if you take an SUV!

There are no stairs so you walk up and down the driving ramp

Perhaps the company is working with the Mayor to discourage driving in London…?

It’s clear they’ve squeezed as many spaces in as possible to get maximum revenue. Nothing wrong with that. Until there’s no space to get out of a medium sized E class. Good location but won’t return again, simply because my car barely fits! And it’s perfect scenario for dooring incidents…no thanks!

Found it to be quite expensive for short term. The spaces are very narrow and the manager was rude

Worst car park I’ve ever been to- completely confusing on entry with different signs placed against the bays, most of which are reserved so there are only a few available ones and the only empty ones seemed to be on the much lower floors. Some of the bays are so tiny, I can imagine that only the small smart cars can fit in them. Once you’ve parked, you have to walk back up the tiny narrows road that the cars are coming up and down on….as a woman it felt really uncomfortable walking back up from the lower floors in the dark and dingy car park- would recommend parking on the street for short stays and paying there instead
