Q-Park Surrey Street

Use this car park for work and it all started off pretty well, about a year in the place has deteriorated as you can see in the pics, lifts not working, “wet paint” all over and they’ve been returning for months now.

Also my car was hit whilst being parked and when I requested they send me or check CCTV they refused to do it saying only the police or insurance can request it. Had to fork out £400 on repairs

Will still use but they need to sort their act out.

Staff on site are pretty helpful though

I love this car park! The staff, Tiago James and Watson are amazing. Whenever I need assistance they have always provided me great costumer service with a smile. I feel safe leaving my car charging while I go to the gym.
Unfortunately the lifts are out of service. However, it's nice to know that new lifts are being installed as well as other refurbishments going on to make the car park even better.

I got lost in the car park, well my car got lost in the car park… I couldn’t remember where I had parked it. James was so helpful in helping me find my car as it was dark and he made sure I found my car safely. Croydon has so many car parks but this car park seems the most secure with gated entrance and exit. I will be returning and regularly using this car park from now on. Thankyou

Cleanest and safest car park in Croydon. No nasty smell. Fairly more secure than other car parks in Croydon. Staff are very efficient and helpful when the ticket machine was playing up.
My car got clipped by a driver parked next to me. I wish CCTV caught the culprit!

I go to Nuffield health gym in Croydon town and I frequently use the car park. James the manager is always pleasant and gives great customer service. Watson is lovely we always have a nice chat.

Best car park in Croydon, Great access to cinema and restaurants. slight walk up the hill to the shops. use the car park for work, working both late night and early morning I always feel safe. The boys who work there are always really helpful and always friendly and have a smile on their faces. Will always recommend.

Kerbed one of my alloys when entering. As soon as you get through the barrier you pretty much have to do a 90 degree turn to the left. It's ridiculously narrow. The ticket machine didn't work when I pressed the button that should have issued a ticket & no-one responded when I pressed the assistance button. I was forced to get use the pay and go option, which meant I couldn't get a discount after using the Vue Cinema. There was & no-one in sight to ask how help. I will never use this car park again...
