DO NOT use the order in advance on their website. I booked a car park with them online but never got an email with whatever I needed to get through the barriers. The money came out of my account but when I called their customer service they told me that my registration is not on their system. They did not check my name or if payment came through, instead told me that some other department will contact me which never has! Absolute nightmare. Save yourself money, headache and time and either use RingGo app once you're there or use different carpark all together. Now will be going through a long process of trying to get a refund back for £16 which is laughable.
