Upsetting and frustrating people cps ripping you off for the amount of £120 because I was 20 mins late back to the car park because my friend had an epileptic seizure. What should I have done just left her to continue with the seizure on her own whilst I went to get my car. I don't think so cps.

these people are fraudsters and use threatening behaviour and use sneaky tactics ,dont pay them they can't do anything !!!!
