Britannia Car Park

Went from being a wonderful place to park a motorbike in their motorbike bay, thanks to friendly employees, to finding recently that due to a new 'manager' who 'hates motorbikes', the bike parking bay has been cordoned off so is unusable by anyone for anything. Motorcyclists are commonly (like me) well-off car owners too. You won't find me parking there again; car or motorbike, or recommending it to anyone. What a sad life the new 'manager' must lead to have nothing better to do than push loyal customers away. <-- 2017 review reposted as I originally posted from a work account by mistake.

I mistakenly parked in this garage thinking that the price would be about the same as the surrounding garages. BIG mistake, 3 Pounds an hour!! Very expensive for the state of the garage and it very old and narrow parking slots! I wrote a brief mail to the operators and I do not really think that they care about the negative posts here, but if I had read this befor I went to Bristol then I would have parked a few metres further on.
I was 1 minute over the hour and was charged the full hour which I have never experienced in any car park in the whole of Europe (and GB come to think of it), I have always had an about 5 min period.
The only good thing I can say is the location

The worst car park i ever seen, zero lights full pot holes with water, the car park itself is dirty, smelly and 0.00 maintained. Seems like is been left in same state as Hitler left it after finishing bombing bristol in second world war,, Its incredible expensive too £3 hours, this greedy company's that's what the were hopping for!!! As most off the roads you can't park anywhere at moment, i issued my ticket in right time when i driven in and i left 47 minutes before my ticket run out i still got fine £60 can someone tell me what i done wrong in here
Be aware of the Britannia car park the are scammers

Bad car park. While it's in a good area, the car park itself is dirty, smelly and poorly maintained. It's not manned on evening weekend so if you run into trouble you are on your own. Its incredible expensive too. I had an issue while parking so had to call their centre. No luck it just kept going to their answer phone. Avoid this car park if you can. Minellium car park is nearby.

Quite expensive, but the biggest problem was, the doors were locked to exit on one side, so we had to leave on the opposite side of the building to get out of the car park and then walk all the way round again.

Not smart when you pay so much for parking, use you're brain, make sure a keyholder opens the entry points to the car park consistently so we aren't walking around the whole block to get somewhere.

1 lift also not working. Fix it.

Clean and bright and next to harbour. Great for festival days. If you're a hotel guest then it's £10 for 24 hours each entry. Recommend for convenience.

Horrible company that fines drivers for no reason — clearly how it makes its money. Filthy disgusting car parks and terrible customer service that is all about taking your money.

Parking nice and light. Unfortunately knocked off 1 star because so many of the spaces were interfering with the spaces. At least the car was parked in a safe place.
