A really convenient car park in the center of Cambridge. It is tight to navigate in places, especially for bigger cars, but the bays are a decent size, it's clean, split over 4 levels and accepts contactless payments. Pay stations are located on the same level as that which you enter the car park, level -1. It is expensive, and the prices hike considerably from some time brackets to others (plus if you park for a long time you may have to add your day rate stay price and your evening rate stay price together) but Cambridge is trying to limit car numbers so this is one method of achieving that. If it is too much then do utilise the Park and Ride transportation out of town which is approx £8.50 for parking and bus return for one car of people. But if you are 'happy' with the cost then this is a super convenient option.

Was showing full on the sign, but was plenty of space on the 6th level. Cost is hight £9.50 for up to 3 hours. Lift only stops on certain floors depending on which sife of car park you are on.

Expensive car park that’s convenient for events in the city centre but poorly designed. If a lot of people try to exit at once the roads outside get congested and you’re charged extra once you can leave as you only get a narrow time window after paying. Many spaces but some are virtually unusable as they’re encroached by concrete pillars

Parked here to go to a concert in the corn exchange. Never driven into to the curry before as always used park and ride. Queued to pay for the parking after the concert then had to queue for 45 minutes to actually get out of the car park and to add insult to injury the barrier insisted we pay for the extra hire we'd queued to get out! Fuming! Not even a button to press for assistance. CCC robbing the public for a badly designed car park! Won't be using that car park again.

Although plenty of room massively overpriced line all parking in Cambridge. Designed to drive people away, not into the centre. Pure profiteering

The Grand Arcade car park in Cambridge is in a great location, right in the heart of the city. But, be prepared to pay through the nose for the privilege. The parking fees are pretty steep and it's not uncommon to see people having to pay a lot just to park there for a few hours. Plus, the parking spaces are so tight it's almost impossible to get in and out without feeling like you're going to scratch up your car. But, it's a good option if you're looking for a spot in the city center.

OK when it's open. And there are free disabled spaces. Would be good to let people know which disabled areas have spaces as quite often the ones near the exit are full and you can't park.

Complete rip off! Parked to go to Corn Exchange and knew fee would be about £13 for the evening, but weren’t prepared for the 45 minutes plus it took to get out or the extra charge of £1.20 at the barrier! Ridiculous and money grabbing🤬
