I have never had a worse experience, they’ve changed the whole system been stuck in a queue for 40 minutes and have to scan a qr code and book only?!?!? Not everyone has a smartphone, not everyone has internet so why the hell would you add a stupid system and change the normal easy way which is pressing the button for a ticket which is more simple. I would park here 3 to 4 times a week I’m never coming back to this car park again!

Pay stations not working. One barrier of two not working. Terrible service. When using the intercom for support , customer services had a could not care less attitude. Do yourself a favour and give your money and service to another business that perhaps is interested in you as a customer.

I got my booking through a service and it couldn't have been simpler to use. You tell the app to open the barrier to enter and to leave. The car park it's self was clean, tidy and secure.

Not expensive and if you are looking for the top part of town or a walk in cassiobury park then the best place to park in town

Nice carpark £1 an hour so not over priced and a few meters away from the town.
Yes you can even change your electric car.

Felt like a dodgy, scary area to be in, I didn't feel very safe being there on my own

Terribly sign posted. Doesn't say entrance or exit. The entrance (once you work out where it is) is a sharp left into a narrow opening which then leads you down a narrow 'alley way', which then takes you to the ticket barrier and then a massive gate opens up! It's like fort Knox! However, once you get past all that the car park inside seemed secure, clean and plenty of floors and spaces even on a Friday evening. It was well lit but wouldn't advise a women going through here alone at night. Paid £4 for 3.5 hours.

On the whole in good condition. Really could do with a good jet wash of disinfectant inside and around the entrance. More visible presence of security or car park attendants would be nice to reassure the more vulnerable of us when groups retuning to car although good to have an assistance button on the pay machine.
