Swansgate Shopping Centre Car Park

Old carpark now showing its age very dark on the lower levels either lights not working or switched off. sounds like a race track in wet weather due to the floors being coated in a levelling compound to fill in the pot holes near the up ramps. The upper 3rd floor is well lighted as you enter /exit the main shopping area. the roof leaking water from the open air decks above and is a problem when it rains making the lower floors more wet than they should be.

Free parking. The space is big. To get into the shopping centre driving up to level 3

Great free parking ,narrow spaces, going to the level parking very difficult, otherwise great and free.

Much better since the refurbishment but they could have refurbished the lifts.

Good safe place with CCTV to park your car when you go out shopping.

The staff keep thr place exceptionally clean. The make over was well executed, light with well chosen colours. Well done everyone. It would be wrong not to mention the cleanliness of the public conveniences. Well done the Borough and staff.

Lots of parking spaces and free to park. There are a few levels in the car park bit if you want to park by the shopping level then park on level 3.
There are disabled bays and bays for parents with young children which are adjacent to the doors to the lifts

I wanted to park there but when I approached a main entrance, I found an information about a height limit 2,05 metres which is to less for my car.
So I had to drive on the reverse several meters!
Information about height limit should be much earlier!!!!
