Free parking. Each bay has an ground anchor to allow you to loop a chain through. Not the most trafficked area of town - it's a bit of a back street, so it might be better to try the parking available on Crescent Place instead. In any case, it's really nice Cheltenham Borough Council provide a nice, secure, tarmacked space for free, particularly as some of the pay and display parking around has an awful surface that I wouldn't trust to keep my bike upright!
