Cattle Market Car Park

Good amount of spaces which makes easy access to town. Whether for a quick stop for coffee or a long leisurely stroll round the shops.

We use this carpark regularly as there is always space and never had any issues here.

Convenient car park if staying for the whole day

Oh I love this carpark, there's a great pub and it's right outside the castle

Reasonably priced £2.00 for 2 hours (£2.50 for 3hrs, £3 for 4hrs.)
Very near the nice park for lots of family entertainment.Can also access the quality butchers nearby for Haslet (pork meatloaf), sausages. Toilets accessible (at a small cost though.)

I was surprised that my only option to purchase a ticket was cash, which I rarely carry or use nowadays. I have pretty much every parking app and would always download one on site if required (rethink required in these times of trying to avoid high touch points). I was happy to see electric chargers in the car park. They are basic with no display, but I connected my lead in the rain and opened the charging station app, It was only at this late stage that it showed in the app as off line. Just a series of status lights like the basic pod point charging poles have would have avoided this
